Can't receive texts on my tablet that is synced to my phone

Up until a few days ago I could receive my text messages on my LG K8V and my Samsung tablet.  The two are synced, but now I can't receive texts on my tablet.  What happened?  I can still send texts from the tablet, I just can't receive them.
