On my Droid Maxx, my voicemail has totally stopped. i think it was after an update about a month or more ago. if i press the button on the app to set up basic visual voicemail it says its being updated every time but nothing ever happens, for days. If people call me my voicemail does not greet them it is some weird mailbox thing they get. I cannot call *86 either it asks for my mailbox number. I have no idea what my mailbox number is, i have tried my phone number but it said that is an invalid number. Please help.
