Pick up in store?

I just ordered a Priv, and was hoping to pick it up yesterday, as I received the order confirmation around 4pm. However, I waited and waited for the pick-up confirmation and it has yet to come. The status on my verizon is just "processing", although it also says "picked up in store". I'm 100% sure it hasn't been picked up as I'm currently three states away from the other person on my account. I did get a bank notice saying they thought the charge from verizon was fraudulent, but I immediately approved it, and it was taken out of my account. Should I be concerned? Does it sometimes take this long?Is there a way to get an estimate for when I can pick it up?

Madsroch, that would concern me as well. I know you don't want your phone to be missing. Have you called the store to see if they are hanging on to the package? They will have a better idea of what's going on.
