I've tried holding down "1" and "*86" with the same result - "you are calling a non-working number".
I can use the internet, send texts and make phone calls but I can't access voicemail.
Soggestions?
I would suggest calling the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to get assistance with figuring out why you don't have voicemail.
Which phone model do you have? Postpaid or prepaid?
