My Galaxy S7 edge has been a nightmare. It has all these automatic background features that eat up all 20 gigs of data. When I called to try and troubleshoot, they assured me that it is completely my fault and that Apps don't just use data in the background. My mistake, I forgot I am an idiot for looking to Verizon for help. So yesterday it stopped charging and I went through the usual troubleshooting. All the forums note the same problems with this phone but no real fixes. Glad I pay for insurance.... about that... so I filed a claim and was hoping to get a working phone and they don't have any of these in stock, but I can try a different phone. No I can't, I can't select a different phone, I can only keep paying for insurance that they can't provide and keep paying for a phone that doesn't work. I would like to pay to cancel my Verizon service, but the representatives flat out refuse when I finally get them on the phone. Buy the cheaper phone!
