Insufficient fund for message delivery

I was trying to get a verification code from the shopping website, but the text message said Insufficient fund for message delivery. Now I am using monthly  ALLSET prepaid plan, unlimited text and talk. I just want to why it happened. The fund refill date is every 16th each month. Thanks.
