My new iPhone 7 reception is very poor. keeps dropping calls and sometimes the people I call cannot hear me. My previous iphones never did this Will a new sim card help solve this

We never like to hear you are having issues with your new device. Let's work on improving your signal. Does the phone have the most current software? What zip code are you in? Does this happen in one location or multiple?

it happened in several locations my zip is 30269 ios 10.1
We want to be sure your phone is working the way it should jostes25. Let's continue working towards a resolution. If it is happening in multiple locations, we definitely need to check the device itself. Do you have a case or cover on your phone? Are you using the same SIM card from a previous phone or are you using the new SIM card that came with your new device? Have you tried powering the phone completely off and them removing/inserting the SIM card?
