It is Saturday and I have not been able to talk to an actual person.Nothing but an automated system all day for financial services. Even though they called me. I was finally able to talk to a person through Facebook messaging of all things. How absolutely ridiculous is that. If we the customers can not talk to Verizon financial services on the weekend they should not be able to contact us either. I have been a customer for 4 years and am at disbelief this is the case.
