got a message saying unauthorized actions had been authorized and to restart to fix,,,,i did now phone has black screen and want power up???

I definitely want to help get your phone back up and running as it should be! I'm so sorry for the unexpected change. Was anything new added to the phone before the 'unauthorized actions' message?
Is there any indication the phone recognizes being plugged in or charged? Any alerts sounding at all? Are you able to plug the phone into a computer and get a reaction?
