Network extender?

Will the pre-paid Samsung smj320vpp(J3-6 2016) work with the Verizon offered Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender Model #SLS-BU103?

I need it mostly for voice, and I'm not sure that it will work with this phone. I do get decent 4G LTE, and have Wi-Fi in the house, so I'm not concerned about data, just a more reliable phone connection!
