Recently, I am not receiving all my voicemails immediatley. It takes sometimes 3 to 4 days to populate. Why is this happening?
Do you use the Visual Voicemail? Do you have an active 4G or 3G cellular connection during those times you aren't receiving the notifications?
I don’t use visual voicemail. I do have an active 4G or strong wifi signal most of the day.

It’s important that you’re able to receive your voicemail notifications quickly and as soon as the caller leaves a message. I’d like to take a closer look into this issue with you.

I have the Iphone 5S and I simply tap the phone icon and select messages at the bottom. I select the message I want to hear and press the play button.
