I can't make calls to 800 numbers, I get a "Welcome to Verizon Wireless, we're unable to complete your call" message. Is there an outage in the Cincinnati area?

Sorry to learn of your problems calling 800 #'s. There no outages in your city. Let's look into this. When did this start? Are you able to call other numbers? What number were trying to dial?
