I just received my phone yesterday and when I am on a call it makes a statistic frequency noise in the background.
It is better now, I have clear call quality.

Oh no! Your new phone should be working flawlessly. Let’s make sure we get your iPhone working as it should. Did this start happening from the very first day of use? Have you been able to power the phone completely off & then back on? Does this only happen in one location or everywhere you go?
