Please clarify!
There have been many replies to different post about this topic, but no two answers are the same from Verizon. Let's try and get a correct answer here.
1. If you ordered a new IPhone online with the trade in promotion of $650, how long do you have to return your trade in phone to still be eligible for the $650?
2. If you ordered a new IPhone by calling into Verizon with the trade in promotion of $650, how long do you have to return your trade in phone to still be eligible for the $650?
I know it's 30 days, but from order date or activation date and does it matter if you ordered online vs over the phone. In my case I ordered a 32gb matte black 7 plus on 9/20 online with a ship date of 11/2 and was given a 650.00 trade in amount. Iv'e seen answers from Verizon that it doesn't matter how you ordered your phone, you have 30 days from date of activation of the new phone to return the trade in. I've also seen answers from Verizon saying it's 30 days from date of order for online orders and 30 days from date of activation for called in orders. So whats the correct answer and why should it matter how you placed your order.
