How do I turn off ipv6

I am unable to turn IPv6 off in my Jetpack LAN settings. This is a huge problem for me, since I need access to a site which only supports DNS over IPv4.

I've reset the radio button several times; each time, the access point reboots, but the radio button is reset to IPv6 afterwards.

There are three models of the Ellipsis Jetpack: MHS700L, MHS800L and MHS815L.

They were/are available under both Prepaid and postpay service plans.

The 800 has new firmware released 10/28/2016:

Software Version: 3.3.3.0-25569.

If this is your firmware, did you RESET the Jetpack after the update?

Call Customer Service (800) 922-0204, especially if using the latest firmware.
