Hello,
Kind of at my wits end here. I bought my wife a new phone, and had her number ported from straight talk Tuesday of last week (January 3). AS of today she still cannot receive calls. They say the number has been disconnected. I have spent over 8 hrs on the phone with Customer service to no avail. A rep even called my house last night to see why I had given zeros on a customer survey. Said she would check into the issue, and call back. Never heard from her again. I have an NRB # if that helps, but this is absurd. I sure hope that VW plans on pro-rating this first bill.
