Over the last 3 weeks, but more especially the last two days. I have several complaints from customers that my phone just rings, and rings. No voicemail answers or anything. I have actually checked and seen this happen. MY phone does not ring at all, but the caller on the other end only hears ringing but never voicemail. MY number should go to voicemail after 4 rings even if my phone never rings the maximum rings the caller should ever get is 4. Anyone else having this? Or has an answer?
