I log on to our account and I am trying to get to my cloud but instead it keeps taking me to my husbands cloud instead. Please help me out. I would like to access mine. I even downloaded the app to my mac and it is still under his number and I can't find a way to change it to mine.

Each line has to register separately for MyVerizon to access line specific items like the Verizon Cloud. Sign out of your husband's account and clear the cookies and browsing history of the browser you use. Then register your phone number for MyVerizon.
