AT&T NUMBERS UNAVAILABLE

Recently when my girlfriend calls me her number always comes up unavailable this was not the case about 3 weeks ago, even though I have her number saved in my contacts it still comes up unavailable. For some reason Verizon is unable to caller id any AT&T number that calls my phone. I have my phone set auto-reject any Unavailable number so now my girlfriend can't even talk to me unless I call her or she texts me. He brother also has AT&T and his number is also Unavailable. The only change I have made is to disable the Verizon caller id app that I was paying like $3 a month for but on my phone the app is still showing that it is active so I'm starting to think the person I was chatting with on the website here disabled the wrong feature.

i see the caller id when my son calls from his at&t phone without a 3rd party app..

that's one of the problems when you block other than known callers.

you have more flexibility on a pc/mac for adding/removing various functions.

We definitely want to ensure you're able to keep up to date with friends and family! May I ask if the your girlfriend or brother experience this issue with anyone else?
