Can get texts from android but not from iPhone users. I just switched from iPhone but deactivated my imessage.
Did you completely disassociate your phone number from your Apple ID?
At the store I know imessage was disassociated but perhaps I need to wipe
out my apple account?
Apple supposedly fixed the bulk of these issues. But if your still having issues go here and deregister your number: Deregister and Turn Off iMessage - Apple Support
