Is there a way to hide or block photos from being seen on my lg optimus zone 3 phone

You pose an excellent question about hiding certain photos in your Gallery. While the Gallery will hold all of your media without hiding it, you do have the option to create a new album and put these pictures in the album. You can name the album anything you want, as well.
