yes but because they ask for my phone number my problem Is associated with and it is suspended I cannot call
Do you have an active account with Verizon? If so, call on that line and when you get a rep explain whatever the issue is. Or you may need to go to a physical store.

The suggestions from chris1060 & kaebfly were definitely heading in the right direction. If your line has been suspended you can still dial *611 from your Verizon Wireless phone to be connected with a representative who can access your account. A suspended number will also still be recognized in our system when you dial 800-922-0204 (for postpaid Customer Service) or 888-294-6804 (for prepaid Customer Service). We also offer more immediate support through www.vzw.com/contactus such as Live Chat, Twitter, or Facebook.
