New phone (Galaxy S7) won't send or receive picture texts. Help?

Just got it yesterday, and most things are working ok, but I can't send or receive photos over text. I tried troubleshooting through My Verizon (to make sure I'm not in safe mode) but when I tried to login through the app on my phone I got an error - "The requested page is not available. Please visit www.verizonwireless.com"

I've tried restarting, and everything is up to date. Has anyone been able to solve this problem?

nothing wrong with your device. the sad part is the app in device sees it as local but theres no valid link, therefore, its best to use the browser like chrome. i cant access somethings in my verizon app.

SARALL87, having a new phone should always be a fun and exciting experience. We want to make sure that happens. Are you trying to text using the messaging application that comes with your phone or Verizon Message+? Were the picture messages ever working or did they just stop?

I also have the problem with the My Verizon App not working on my new Galaxy S7. I do not get past the loading screen and I get an error message that says "requested page not available". How can I fix this issue so that I can access my account on my phone?

Our s7 edge had a similar issue. The result was that the phone was not fully activated. Verizon IT was very helpful with getting it resolved.
