cannot turn phone horizontally to view any video including Utube. Phone setting when flipping screen up indicates it is not locked to rotate.

We want to be sure you are able to use your phone to its full potential ronniewboltex. Let's see what we need to do to get this resolved. When did this issue begin? Does your phone rotate for other things beside video?
reboot usually fixes this problem. Hold sleep/wake button on side until slide to turn off comes up. Turn off. Press same button to turn on.
