I have an android phone and i am texting another android phone that has verizon as well. If i was blocked by that phone would i get a message saying so?
According to VzW's web site (when you add a number to be blocked):
What does a blocked contact experience?
Customers who call your number will hear: Welcome to Verizon Wireless. We're sorry the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that have prevented the completion of your call.
Customers who text your number will receive the reply: Message Failed.
The message may not deliver, or it will be sent to the Switch (Network) but never delivered.
So no, you will not.
Ok. Well I called the number and got to leave a voice mail. Would I be able to leave a voicemail if I was blocked?
Yes. They will not receive the voice-mail I believe.
