How do I restore the default phone app on a droid turbo 2?

This should be good for a laugh:

Inan effort to be able to use my phone and not be accepted constantly by telemarketers I disabled the phone app, now it's completely missing and I have no idea how to get it back.

Any help would be terrific!

Settings > Apps > scroll to the right to reach the Disabled tab > scroll down to phone dialer application > select the application and touch the enabled button.
