Over the past several months, service in the Garner, NC area has gotten worse and worse, especially around the White Oak Crossing shopping area.
It's not just my phone either. Family members with Verizon service are also experiencing poor signals, on both data and voice.
It's gotten to the point, that data is practically unusable around the White Oak shopping area, though AT&T seems to work fine there. I've noticed a major degradation in in the 4G LTE data service over the past few years in the area, but it's really amped up over the past few months. Just today, I was getting a 1X data signal in the area.
The White Oak shopping area is a major hub in Garner, NC 27529 and continues to grow. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm wondering if the Verizon towers just aren't keeping up with growth in the area.
Please help resolve the issue, or we may have to switch carriers.
