Why is service becoming awful in Garner, NC?

Over the past several months, service in the Garner, NC area has gotten worse and worse, especially around the White Oak Crossing shopping area.

It's not just my phone either. Family members with Verizon service are also experiencing poor signals, on both data and voice.

It's gotten to the point, that data is practically unusable around the White Oak shopping area, though AT&T seems to work fine there. I've noticed a major degradation in in the 4G LTE data service over the past few years in the area, but it's really amped up over the past few months. Just today, I was getting a 1X data signal in the area.

The White Oak shopping area is a major hub in Garner, NC 27529 and continues to grow. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm wondering if the Verizon towers just aren't keeping up with growth in the area.

Please help resolve the issue, or we may have to switch carriers.

By chance is your signal improved during the late night hours when the network sees little load? You might be seeing a combination of poor SNR and a phenomenon known as Cell Breathing... assuming Verizon has not changed around where their cells are situated.

We want you to get the service you deserve without needing to leave jtcountry. We’re troubled that this has been happening for so long. Do you notice the service degrading indoors, outdoors or both? How far do you need to travel before the service is better? What make/model phone do you have?

The phone I use is the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, but the issue occurs on all Verizon phones in the area. My Mother's phone, which is a Sony Experia Z3V and my Uncle's basic phone also experience weak to no signals in the area. As far as White Oak goes, the issues seems to happen at different times, and even around Garner in the middle of the afternoon, the signal can greatly vary.

The coverage seems to be getting worse in the area for Verizon.

What is poor SNR and cell breathing?

Will Verizon address this issue before they lose customers?

Verizon Wireless is on the case jtcountry. We don’t want to see you go so we will make sure your service is looked at closely. You said this started about several months ago, do you know if anything changed in the area? I was able to map the exact address of the shopping center and I don’t see any issues. How often are you there? Is this issue only indoors or outdoors too? If you go into settings> advance calling>Is advance calling turned on, try toggling this back and forth and see if your service improves.
