Stuck in LG boot with green/blue light flashing

Yesterday I had my phone plugged into computer to charge while using my hotspot. Then started having issues with my phone. It is stuck in LG startup with green/blue light flashing. Phone won't stay off, but never boots back up. I have tried to reset, but never see options to reset when pressing volume and power keys. HELP!!!!!!!

Do you have the G4? I know a lot of users have had challenges and I believe LG is helping their customers out. I'd contact them first and see what they can do if you out of warranty.
