Can I get a SIM card for an iPhone 4s Verizon but not activate phone service on it? It needs a SIM card to activate it for Wi-Fi only usage.
iPhone 4s uses Micro-SIM card.

The SIM card for the iPhone 4S is not used to access Verizon, only to travel internationally. Even if you could, Verizon will not activate only wifi on a phone.
