i switched my girlfriends iphone 6 from her at&t plan to my Verizon plan today the store sold me a SIM card and set everything up for us. The phone still won't activate hours later and the screen reads "sim not supported "
is this usual?
ATT iPhone 6 will work on Verizon, but sounds like it is still locked to ATT. Need to work through ATT, Verizon cannot fix it
Did you unlock it from ATT?
Probably because its a GSM phone and won't work on a CDMA carrier.
