Why is my Verizon NFL Mobile not working?

I have the NFL mobile app. Last week I purchased Game Pass. I have been unable to use it. Everytime I try to I get the splash page telling me to subscribe. If I try to subscribe again I get "error you are already subscribed" And yet I cant replay games!! I have emailed NFL digital media and followed their instructions at least 10 different times. It still doesn't work! There is no number to call these guys, and now they've gone dark.

I had the app last year too and it worked without problem.

Being able to use all the features of your NFL mobile applcaition is a must. It sounds like you have exhausted all the steps we have to assist with the applicaiton. You can contact NFL Mobile from the app by selecting More > Customer Feedback > Troubleshooting > Contact Support. You can also contact them at 800-635-5300.

Did you try to uninstall the app and then install again?

Yes. I did that even before contacting NFL Digital Media, and that was on of their steps. I have also cleared my cache....at the root directory even, Cleared Chrome history, shut down and restarted. I am at the latest software version for my android - Galaxy S6, and for the app. Oh yeah, I also cannot access it from my XBONE.

Google Play and Paypal confirm the subscription, and obviously as written earlier NFL Digital Media does too.
