After i updated to iso10 my phone internet kept giving me issues, eventhough i was on wifi. Then certain apps stayed on a waiting status, until i did a factory reset. Now my text message app sometime works and other times it just closes by itself.

After you did the factory reset, did you continue to have issues with your internet connection /wifi connection? Are you using iMessage or the stock SMS on the device?
