New Galaxy S7 gets extremely hot.

So I have had my phone for a couple weeks and im scared to even turn it on and use it it gets incredibly hot to the touch so hot its uncomfortable to hold I can even fill it through my Otterbox case I bought. I dont know what to do im keeping it turned off most the time and I shouldnt have to do this this is the first cell phone I have bought in years and im very concerned.

Does your phone show any of these signs: melting smoking, battery/equipment swelling(may need to take out of the case), charring, or strange odors?
