my note 7 was delivered 3 days ago on the 7 of oct can i get a full refund ?
Samsung is offering replacements. It is up to the retailer to offer refunds

You will get a full refund. Verizon is waiting for direction from Samsung on how to proceed. The end result will be you hand back your Note 7 and you get a full refund.
Since you are within the 14 day window, you can return the phone. It is expected Samsung will be ,fully recalling and no restock fee would be charged.
That would be nice to not charge a restock fee. Thanks!
