I have had my phone for a little over a month now and about once a week since before my 14 day period has been over, my phone will get hot to the touch on both the power button and screen and I will have to take the battery out to get it to cool down. There are no error codes and I have done the device health check on the Verizon protection app. It says it is fine and when I took it into the store they said the same thing and that it was more than likely an anomaly and that it would probably never happen again. When I told them that I was dissatisfied before my return period was up they wanted to charge me $35 restocking fee for a phone that was obviously defective! If I had a choice I would never have stayed with Verizon after that! Can anyone help me either A) figure out what is wrong with my phone? or
Help me figure out how to get a different one. I have never had this problem with any of my other phones before nor with a phone service provider.
