What phone is it? And what is the problem? Are you sure the warranty covers whatever is wrong? If you purchased it at a store, return it via the store. Otherwise, call customer service and they can begin the process. (800) 922-0204, choose option 4 for "Other", then say "Agent" at the voice prompt.
