accidently changed voicemail and all voicemail instructions to spanish...how to change all back to english when i cant understand the questions in spanish to decide which buttons to push?
Which phone model do you have?
A few ideas:
1). use Google translate to translate the questions into English. Use someone else's PC or phone.
2). Ask someone who knows Spanish to select the options to revert to English.
3). Uninstall and re-install the app using the Settings | Application Manager.
4). Backup your important data, and perform a factory data reset.
With respect to (3), if this is a Verizon App, this link shows someone how to fix a different Verizon App.
On verizon message app I have no sound.
You might have to go into Settings | Application manager to find the app, if pressing the icon like the poster indicates doesn't work for you.

Ann you are right.
You know what is odd about the community software, is you can click on questions, and new/timely questions are interspersed with older ones. How does this happen? My expectation is we see chronologically what is asked, and what has gone unanswered or is heavily liked or marked "i have the same question".
I even see old questions that get marked solved interspersed. ?
I'm using the site inappropriately / sub-optimally I guess.
