I am being hijacked by ex and Verizon can't see it?

My ex fiancé hacked my Verizon account when I opened it in Oct 2015! He had all my info, passwords, PIN numbers, etc! In addition , he has zombies every on of my old emails, Apple id's and taken over my new emails! What I know for sure is he has lines on my verizon account with my old usernames and phone numbers! My bill triples the last three months and I do not use it but for basic stuff! I need help!!!! I am not sure if this will make it to support??? iPhone 6
