My phone completely died. It cannot be turned on. I just received the replacement one. Is there any way to get my info (contacts, photos, documents, etc.) off my old phone? They are not in the Cloud.

I understand the importance of ensuring your personal content is transferred to your new phone DYLANAVRILLIAMEDISON. I understand you did not back up your content to the Verizon Cloud. However, if you have an Android device, have you verified if your content was backed up via your Gmail account?
