international student program

I am an international student from Korea who is now studying in Wisconsin. I am currently sharing plan with other family in New Jersey and they do not want me to share plan with them anymore, which means I need to make a contract myself. But the problem is I do not have social security number and I do not have credit card. Then couple weeks ago I realized that there is an internatiol student program in Verizon and I do not need neither social security number and security deposit. I saw that all I have to bring is my passport and Student visa

So my questions are following:

Am I able to go to Illinois Verizon store and make a contract by myself with Verizon International Student Program?

Can my mom make a call to the store in Illinois and tell them her credit card number so that my mom can pay for the plan and device for me since I do not have SSN?

Can I still use my old number when I make a new contract?

Does F-1 student visa works?

I will be appreciate if you guys can answer my question..

Those questions will be better answered in the store.

They will not take a credit card over the phone or at least this is not common practice. You are better off trying to get pre-pay service.
