iPhone7 Plus Order Status Disappeared?

Hello!

I ordered my iPhone7 Plus, 128GB in Gold on 9/14. I have been checking my order status daily (which used to say "Processing"), and the past few days the order status disappeared and is blank. The expected ship date (which was 10/12) is gone as well.

Anyone else having this issue? Do I even still have an order in the works?! SOS!

Hi. I've seen a few people say the same and usually it means the phone is about to ship. Check to see if you were charged on your account or if not call customer service. Chances are it's on the way or close to it. Good luck.
