I switched from the message app to the message+ app. I removed the icon for the message app. I can move any other app I have tried. The message+ app will not. Is it not possible to do this? Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
Thank you for responding rcschnoor. I have finally figured it out. I'm posting in case anyone else may have this issue. I was trying to move the message+ app from the shortcut Verizon Group app folder that I placed on my screen. I went into my apps, opened the pre-installed Verizon Group app folder and moved message+ from there into the tray. My trial and error worked.
Yes, you can move the message+ app into that spot. You move the message+ app the same way you move any other app. Can't imagine any reason why you are unable to do so.
