I can no longer sync my phone in windows 10 - sync buttons are greyed out- a few weeks ago I could sync music in windows media explorer with my android phone. Now I can not how do I fix this?

reinstall your devices usb driver on pc. see what happens.

I connect my device to my computer all the time. Were you able to update your USB drivers as previously suggested? Are you able to still access your phone on the computer when it is plugged in?
