Per this post Samsung Galaxy Note 7 - Recall Information - I tried to return my exchange Note 7 to the corporate store where I got the original AND the recall replacement. they denied it and said because it was a recall replacement they won't take it and I have to wait for Samsung to mail me something to return it. Based on the recall post referenced above it sounds to me like they are wrong and need to be set straight. When I upgraded to the Note 7 from my Note 4 I paid off the 4 and have been using that since wiping and powering down the 7, but I want to be done with this business ASAP. Can a VZW rep please clarify this and/or contact the store and let them know they have the wrong information? I do not want to do an exchange at this time, I just want to return the darn thing!
