Received a message via my phone that again I need to return my phone. Yay. However, was asked to exchange my phone online instead of going into the store, boo. I did so exchanging it for the iPhone 7. I have 2 questions. 1 how do I get the data from this phone to my new phone? 2. The iPhone 7 is supposed to be eligible for $99 ($100) off if you trade in your old phone. When I tried to do this, online it said my phone wasn't recognized, so am I eligible for This? If so how do I get it?
