i have found that my calls are going through, but because I do not hear the stalling ringing, I have been assuming my calls have not been going through. So I hang up. How do I get the ringing sound back so I know my calls are going through?
Discovered answer. It needed to be powered off and powered back on.
Further testing shows people cannot hear me when I call them and vice versa.
