After wasting hours trying to resolve issue I broke down and called prepaid customer service at 888-294-6804:
After following the prompts and entering my phone number I was told that customer service operators were busy, the voice menu cycled three times then hung up on me. The second time I tried hitting 0 and they hung up instantly. The third time I got the same repeated menu and a hang up.
Verizon, you're a big company and one would think that if your support for prepaid is so busy they can't help customers perhaps it's time to fire some managers because it's obvious something is not working or your support system would be working.
I just tried to add a credit card to my account and it fails, I guess I can always purchase WalMart card but your website needs some serious work, just getting logged into this forum is a joke, I'm logged into my account and have to login again to my account to access this forum? Programmers need to learn about sessions. When customer support is too busy to help your system should put the customers phone number into a cue and let your customer support operator call me when they catch up, that is what companies are doing that care about retaining customers, what your doing just upsets us.
