How Do I Find An Email To Contact Customer Service?

I am trying to find either an email or phone number. Had an experience this weekend at a Verizon store where we were treated very rudely and lied to. I am unable to find either email or phone  number on the Verizon website and the store refuses to give me that information. They also refused to give me the district managers information or let me speak to a store manager.
