In the last 5 years, we have had poor but steadily improving signal strength, to the point where we switched to Verizon because it seemed to have the best growth plan for SE Alaska. However, this year the coverage between Ketchikan and Wrangle has gotten worse! Is there a tower down? Maintenance? What is going on? To the point my neighbor has a different carrier and I am about to switch because I can't get more than 1 bar and just 1x data on any phone/device. Please tell me there is just a problem that will be fixed soon and there are still plans on improving signal.... Otherwise you are going to loose whole communities as well as all the summer traffic going along the inside passage. I looked at the coverage map for 99903 and it say extended 3G... I can assure you it is not even close to that.
