Why Won't My Replacement iPhone 6 Power Up Properly?

Fedex just delivered a replacement iPhone6 from Ft. Worth, problem is it will not power up with the button you plug it into a charger it powers on automatically. What is wrong with QC at the refurb plant that replacements with problems still get out.

Please we would like this one replaced as well.

Just answered my own question the problem is not in the hardware, we have 2 iPhone6s and a Iphone7 all running Ios 10.2.1 all 3 will not power up when you push the power button, you haver to plug in the charging cable to get them to power up.
